Is there a voting member of your organization's board who serves as treasurer?

This question is not asking about whether your organization has a controller or other staff position such as chief financial officer who is in charge of financial activities, reporting and record keeping.

In replying to this question, please consider the following.  If there is any voting member of the board who serves in the role of treasurer whether or not they have the title of “treasurer,” then your answer to this question would be “yes.”

The treasurer is the person in charge of financial oversight of the organization and among other things, usually oversees the financial report made to the board of directors and other board communications about financial decisions.  These responsibilities might be served by the chair of the board’s finance committee or a similar subcommittee that has financial oversight duties.
